Inspiration can come from many different places. For interior designer Taylor Murphy, the inspiration for the designs of his new wallpaper and textile line came from travel.

“When we were in Munich, I took a video of people walking through a train station going all different directions with their luggage,” he recalls. “I took stills from that video and started sketching people walking. It just turned into this print that, once you repeat it, it has a lot of movement.”

That print, which Murphy has named Oktober, is one of six prints in his line. Like Oktober, the Berlin and Palma prints were inspired by trips overseas. No two prints look alike. Some have a textural feel; others almost resemble Egyptian hieroglyphics. All of them are available in multiple colourways.
