During a series of trips to Memphis several years ago, Andra Eggleston unearthed countless drawings of her father’s work, photographer William Eggleston. The work spanned decades before and after her birth, an artistic legacy far longer than his career as an iconic photographer.
Andra and her father had always shared a love of great textiles and a good story. What eventually emerged from this father-daughter collaboration was a debut series of textile designs and the birth of a print design brand.
Andra has been inspired by William’s unorthodox approach to life and his unconventional artistic process. Imbued with his iconic use of color and sensibility, Electra Eggleston fabrics live joyfully in the world of interior design and fashion.
